I have been taking gotu kola for a year now, not this brand or supplier, but I just wanted to review the product. I have quite severe circulation problems, Raynauds syndrom and I get bad chilblains in the winter. I have tried everything, diets, ointments, hundreds of other herbs and vitamins,really everything, no smoking, excercise, everything, really everything. This herb is the only thing that has ever caused any kind of improvement to my symptomps. I've had almost no Raynaud's attacks this winter, and only a couple of tiny chilblains that dissapeared really soon, nothing like what I used to get. For me this is an unbelieable improvement. I can't live without this herb now, it really works, it is the only thing that has ever helped manage my condition. Regarding other effects it may have such as being a brain tonic or good for longevity I can't really say as it is not the reason I take so I haven't really paid too much attention to that, the only thing I've seem to notice is maybe an improvement in concentration and attention at work, but it is hard to tell if is really related to taking the supplement.
